Blackberry Protein Smoothie

Deliciously tart and filling!


- 1 cup blackberries or blueberries

- 1/2 frozen banana

- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 scoop whey protein isolate powder (if vegan/vegetarian, use a plant based powder such as pea protein)


Combine all into smoothie blender. Blend until desired consistency. Add ice if you want your smoothie to be less thick. Optional: Top with a sprinkle of all natural granola.
