Lemon water is AMAZING! I drink it first thing in the morning and have felt all the benefits from it. I drink it because it makes me feel overall better and is a great way to kick start the day. Some people drink lemon water as a daily morning laxative to help prevent constipation. Drinking warm or hot lemon water when you wake even helps get your digestive system moving.
