Red Beet Hummus

This hummus is fantastic. Not only delicious but super packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Forget butter spreads or mayonnaise. Give your body what it deserves. Nutrients. Spread it on your toast or use it as a dip for your favorite veggies. 

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas 3 tbsp tahini 3 tbsp olive oil 1 beet, cooked

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Spread on toast or use as a dip for your favorite veggies!
