- 5-6 cucumber slices, cut in half with skin left on
- ½ cup cubed watermelon
- 2 tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled and shredded
- 24 oz. water
- 32 oz. mason jar or glass
Place cucumber, watermelon and ginger in mason jar. Fill with water and let sit in fridge for 1 hour or more. If desired, add ice cubes. Longer infusion times will result in stronger flavors.
