Tuna Fish-Delish

Mouth watering bombshell meal..

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 cups romaine lettuce – chopped

- ½ small red onion – julienne cut

- 1 small tomato – diced

- 3 ounces tuna in water - drained

- 1/3 cup red kidney beans - drained and well rinsed

- 1 tablespoons olive oil

- Juice of 1/2 lemon

- Handful freshly cut cilantro

- Salt and pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS:

Place all salad ingredients. Drizzle bowl with olive oil and lemon juice then use a pair of tongs to toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
