Tuna Avocado

Catch of the day. Tuna-cado.

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 medium ripe avocados, halved, pitted

- 1 (4.5 oz.) cans tuna in water – look for low salt tuna

- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

- 1 lime – squeezed

- 1 medium red bell pepper – chopped and diced

- Salt and pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients besides avocado into a bowl. Mix through. Top mixture onto spooned avocado halves. Serve and enjoy straightway!
