Pumpkin Parf-ect

It's simply parfaiittt..


INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup Greek yogurt (unflavored low fat/non fat)

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

- Cinnamon (sprinkle)


DIRECTIONS:

Layer the greek yogurt and pumpkin puree to create a similar effect as the above. You may also combine/mix together for a pumpkin flavored yogurt parfait. Top with cinnamon.
