Potassium- peanut goodness..

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 large or 2 small bananas

- All natural peanut butter, safflower butter, almond butter

- Optional: Cinnamon


DIRECTIONS:

Cut banana into slices. Lay slices flat. Top each banana circle with peanut butter. Top with another banana slice. Place banana bites onto parchment paper and freeze. Serve after 2 hours + of chilling in freezer. Optional: Prior to eating, remove from freezer, and sprinkle each banana bite with cinnamon.
