Sweet, tang & mint on.. a stick!
- 2 cups fresh watermelon, cut into 1”x 1 ½ cubes
- 1 block of feta cut into ½ cubes
- Fresh mint leaves
Place the feta cubes on top of the watermelon cubes and top them with a leaf of fresh mint. Stick toothpick through center of mint, feta and watermelon bite and enjoy!
